Atrium's Business Conduct

 

Atrium employs a code of business conduct to provide guidance to the multi-national operations of our global company. Atrium’s reputation as a market leading medical device manufacturer relies on the legal, moral and ethical behavior of its employees throughout the world, and mandates strict compliance with the law, and our high standards of business conduct. Atrium’s business code of conduct serves to reflect our employees’ honesty, personal commitment, and obligation as a member of the healthcare industry, to our company and to our customers. Although the legal and regulatory requirements for medical devices are complex, multi-national, and continually evolving, Atrium is committed to complying in full with all applicable legal and regulatory compliance requirements as part of its quality system, and the conditions for employment with the company.

At every level of the firm, Atrium’s management and supervisory staff are responsible for understanding and maintaining compliance with the company’s current business code of conduct policies. It is also the company's goal to maintain compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory medical device policies. As a condition of employment each year, all applicable Atrium employees further confirm their review and understanding of the company’s code of conduct policies, and further confirm their individual obligation to properly communicate any unreported business conduct violations to their supervisor and management in a timely manner.

No code of conduct business policy can cover all possible business conditions and/or unforeseen events which may arise. However, if a customer, healthcare professional or employee has any concerns regarding our business practice or business conduct, please contact Atrium’s management team at your earliest convenience. Atrium strives to enforce its formal business conduct policies with all its employees, and every employee agrees to strictly adhere to our business code of conduct, our quality policy and our common goal for exemplary customer service to all of our global healthcare customers, vendor partners and manufacturing suppliers.
